Availability & Pricing

Our season runs from the second week of April to the second week of November and we have a 5 night minimum booking policy for all months. However, we are open year-round for photo and video shoots. To book, please check the calendar for availability (white squares) and email us with your preferred dates. For smaller groups, please enquiry about our special pricing.

April - 1,900€ per night

May - 2,350€ per night

June - 2,400€ per night

July - 2,500€ per night

August - 2,500€ per night

September - 2,400€ per night

October - 2,350€ per night

November - 1,900€ per night

Booking & Payment Terms

To secure your dates, we require a 25% booking deposit via bank transfer at the time of reservation.

The remaining 75% balance is due 60 days prior to your check-in date.

Please note: All bank transfer charges/fees are to be covered by the client. We require a €500 cash damage deposit upon arrival, which will be returned in full at checkout subject to a property inspection.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following tiered policy applies based on when we receive your written notice:

• More than 120 days before check-in: 100% full refund of your booking deposit.

• Between 60 and 120 days before check-in: The 25% booking deposit is non-refundable.

• Between 30 and 60 days before check-in: 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.

• Less than 30 days before check-in: 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.

Travel Insurance: To protect your vacation against unexpected life events or travel disruptions, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
